Travers has spent over 40 years cooking BBQ the right way — 100% wood-fired, no gas, wood added throughout the cook for real Southern flavor. Smokin' Bull started as a food truck, parking around town and building a following one plate at a time. That same hands-on approach is now growing into full-service catering for weddings and special events across the Low Country.
